We are repeatedly asked by insurers; "What should we be doing with mobile?" or "Is what we are doing the right thing to do?". Of course, the correct answer to these questions is not straight-forward and depends on the insurer, their products and specifically how their customers' use mobile technologies.

To help make mobile much more understandable, accessible and intrinsically beneficial to insurers, we have put together a simple, quick and yet highly effective insurer mobile strategy review and mobile roadmap support service, to enable insurers to quickly align their mobile aims and objectives and begin to deliver against them.

Late last year we welcomed around 70 senior insurance leaders to our gallery evening in London, titled; 'Smartphones are made for Insurance'. We took a risk by throwing away the traditional event rulebook and practiced what we preach, by applying a little innovation to create a series of giant wall charts, collectively illustrating how smartphones have enormous potential to change the way people choose and buy insurance, and benefit from it. The series ended with six future insurance scenarios. If you are interested in the content presented, get in touch at smi@ingenin.com. Thank you again to everyone who attended.

Presentation from our recent 'Smartphones are made for Insurance' gallery evening.
